Football is a popular at the grassroots level in the Maldives, with many young people playing the sport in schools and local communities. Football Association of Maldives (FAM) has been working to develop the sport in the country and has launched various initiatives to improve the standard of football in the Maldives. This Portal is developed and managed by Unity Foundation. Unity Foundation is a Maldives Inland Revenue Authority (MIRA) registered Non-Government Organization (NGO) in the Republic of Maldives, focusing on youth development programs accross all age groups.
